airays does not sell your personal information, as "sell" is defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140(ad)). We do not receive money or valuable consideration in exchange for disclosing personal information to any third party.
We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
airays does not share your personal information for cross- context behavioral advertising, as "share" is defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.140(ah)). We do not use third-party analytics cookies, marketing pixels, or advertising trackers. We do not participate in advertising networks or ad-tech ecosystems.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Because we do not sell or share personal information, Global Privacy Control signals from your browser do not change any of our behavior — there is nothing to opt out of.
Your other California rights
Even though there is no sale or share to opt out of, you have other rights under the CCPA / CPRA that we honor:

For any privacy request: privacy@airays.ai. We respond within 45 days as required by California law.
If we deny your request, you may appeal by responding to our denial email; appeals are reviewed by a different reviewer. You may also lodge a complaint with the California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA) at cppa.ca.gov.
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. We require written authorization signed by you, and we may verify your identity before responding to the agent's request.
