- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancellation is instant from Settings → Subscription, and your paid features stay active through the end of the current billing period.
- What happens to unused credits if I downgrade?
- Rolled-over credits above the new tier's cap disappear on downgrade — that's the trade-off for the higher cap on higher tiers. Purchased top-up credits never expire and stay yours.
- Do you offer refunds?
- If a generation fails (a video comes back broken, an image doesn't render), the credits are refunded automatically within 60 seconds. For subscription refunds within the first 14 days, email us and we'll sort it.
- Do you handle VAT / sales tax?
- Yes — via Stripe Tax. VAT, GST, and US state sales tax are calculated at checkout and shown on your receipt. You don't have to do anything on your end.
- Is there a free trial for Pro?
- The Free tier is the trial. It's real, not time-limited, and covers everyday assistant chat and image generation. Upgrade to Pro when you actually want the premium creation tools — no card details until you do.
- How do team seats work on Business?
- Each Business seat is $99/month and includes 8,000 credits, shared into a team pool. Admins set per-user caps so one heavy user can't drain the pool. Add or remove seats any time from the admin dashboard.
